Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Acceptable return
1. For non-defective products (such as orders shipped due to customer errors, wrong selection, unsatisfactory products received, etc.), we provide return services within 30 days after receipt, but the customer is responsible for the Return logistics fee, the specific return fee depends on the product.
Unacceptable return

To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@petjc.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.
